Thoughts from the RSC Youth Ensemble on the course so far...

Patrish, aged 15 from Wimbledon, writes:

On our arrival it was quite nerve-racking as we all didn't know each other. I would never have thought that within 4 days we would all be as close as we are now. It's great because everyone is friendly and we are all like one big family. The activities that we did during the first few days and in rehearsals really contributed to this.

Jodi, aged 15 from Rugby, writes:

This whole process so far is amazing. We had casting the other day and I am overjoyed with my part. Everyone who is part of the ensemble have become a new family to me - so I'm so glad to be able to put on a performance with them.

Kayleigh, 14, and Katie, 15, both from Cornwall, write:

We've found out our parts so are looking at learning lines and exploring characters. Rehearsals have been tiring but we work hard as we all want to do our best towards our performance, have this rare experience, and just have fun!
